Crab Cocktail Appetizer

This week on cooking with π’„π’π’π’‡π’Šπ’…π’†π’π’„π’†β€¦impress your family and friends with this easy to make fresh seafood cocktail appetizer.




1 lb of fresh crab meat

2Β  cups of celery

2 TBSP horseradish

1 jar of cocktail sauce

1/2 lemon juiced

sliced lemon & chopped parsley as a garnish πŸ‹




Finely chop the celery into pieces. Make sure it’s not too thin that you lose their crunch. Put the crab into a large bowl, add the celery. Open the cocktail jar and scoop out the first large spoon full on the top and add it to the bowl. Use the cocktail jar as your mixing instrument (Call me crazy, but I like to save the amount of things I have to clean). In the cocktail sauce jar, add the horseradish and lemon juice. Mix well. Then add then jar to the bowl and mixed well again. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour. Serve and impress your family and friends.
