WHERE DID YOU GROW UP AND WHERE DO YOU LIVE NOW?
I grew up in Manhattan Beach CA and just moved back after being away for many years on the east coast.
HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE WHAT YOU DO?
I would say I’m constantly learning new ways to live a more mind, body, and soul aligned life. For me acting helps me stay in alignment and holding breathwork groups helps me offer up to others - but behind the scenes I’m always practicing new ways to work with spirit.
WHY THE CONFIDENCE CO MISSION RESONATE WITH YOU?
The Confidence Co mission resonates with me because having a grounded and balanced relationship with my gut is key to living in alignment. My digestion has been a HUGE part of my healing journey and learning how important balance is to the health of my mind, body, and soul. Bottom line - when my stomach and digestion are good, I’m good!
WHY IS HAVING A HEALTHY GUT IMPORTANT TO YOU?
For so many reasons— but most importantly having a healthy gut keeps me happy in my body. When my gut health is in bad shape it really brings me into my head and in a state of being really hard on myself.

ANY MAJOR WELLNESS MOMENTS IN YOUR LIFE?
My major wellness moment happened when I as living in NYC. I experienced a series of horrible health issues…and I say horrible because it was truly an uncomfortable learning experience for me at the time. I learned that I was using my very analytical brain for all the wrong things. I was focusing so much on food and being “perfectly healthy” that it was making me sick. This is when I found meditation and my spirituality as the number one cure to my health problems. Once I was able to quiet my mind and be easier on myself, most of my digestive issues disappeared. I could eat a croissant without my stomach hurting (ha!). Of course I still have some bumps in the road, but at least now I know they come when I’m living too much in my head and not enough in my body.
WHAT'S YOUR CURRENT SELF-CARE ROUTINE?
I’m a big meditator. Its definitely a non-negotiable for me. My meditations are not the usual “sit in silence for 30 minutes” - I do a lot of soul talking and communicating out-loud with my guides, God, angels, etc. It’s a time where I really get connected with the higher realms and grounded into the earth so then I can start off my day feeling ready-to rock n roll!
WHERE DO YOU GET OR DRAW INSPIRATION FROM?
I draw inspiration from many different teachers, healers and spiritual guides that I follow… my big ones are David Elliot, Shaman Durek, Erin Telford, Nicola Behrman, Taryn Toomey, and Lacey Phillips.
WHAT WOULD YOU TELL YOUR 18-YEAR OLD SELF?
DON’T GIVE A FUCK WHAT ANYONE THINKS ABOUT YOU!!!!!!! Be ruthless with your authenticity and have more fun!!!
HOW HAVE YOU KEPT UP YOUR CREATIVITY DURING THIS TIME?
I’ve been painting and writing a ton :)
HAVE YOU FOUND CREATING ART TO BE HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING GOING ON? IF SO, HOW?
Yeah for sure, writing and painting has been a huge de-stressor for me and keeps me grounded in the moment.
WHAT ARE IS ONE SELF-CARE RITUAL YOU'RE LEANING INTO FOR COMFORT?
I would say there are 3: dancing, breathwork, and meditation.
